Aside from psychology or talk therapy, there are many types of healing that we as humans can engage in. Healing is all encompassing. After all, we need to take care of our mind, body, and spirit. As the great shift in consciousness occurs, it is important we take care of the big three in order to live our best lives and ascend to a higher vibration. This all starts with healing. The goal is to move into a higher vibration. The highest vibration we can ascend to is love. In order to move to a higher vibration, we first need to do the inner work. This means meeting our shadow selves and working through our shadow work. This includes the traumas and stuff we don't talk about with others. Working through the depths of our darkest moments help us release negative energies and help us move to a lighter space.
Working through your darkest moments and fears is not easy. However, the more we face our fears and anxieties, the easier it becomes and the better we feel. This is why therapy works. I believe shadow work is a form of therapy. However, you don't need a licensed therapist to do so. All you need is yourself.
